My audiological assessment was conducted by Stacey Clark. Stacey was very thorough and professional in both her examination and explanation of my hearing loss. Her friendly and helpful advice was greatly appreciated. I can highly recommend her services.
Stacey is an expert at audiology and is great at troubleshooting. Her positive manner and good listening skills helped me immensely. I am very thankful for her care and my new aids.
This business gives the most amazingly fantastic customer service! I went to another place to purchase my aids and have had problems for twelve months. One broke and I went locally to these people. They treated me with respect and supported my needs immediately, spent time to explain how to work my aids (something the previous place didn’t even show me!) and fixed the issues I have had for the whole time. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
