This isn’t Deaf friendly!
Tom and Don were very obliging to schedule several appointments for me after I had gotten Signa hearing aids from another provider who was not experienced . She sold me the hearing aids and did not program correctly. (Only higher and lower ). I had hearing aids for years from a brand no longer in our area. She would talk with her back to me while walking down the hall and at her desk as well. Something you don't do addressing people with hearing loss.
