Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sep. 1/20 Staff still friendly. However, at most times the phone is not answered and one has to leave a message and wait for a return call. Encountered failure of my hearing aids, which I totally rely on. Tried for an emergency appointment which after much argument was obtained. My hearing aids needed to be sent for repair which will take about 10 days. Was provided wit a loaner pair on which the volume adjustment failed. Awesome Service
Booking an appointment was the best part of my visit. The rest was pretty awkward. I would only come back here again because Darcy is an awesome person! Thanks for the good talk - it was much appreciated!
The staff worked hard to fit me in when I arrived without an appointment. They did a thorough exam and answered all my questions.
