Excellent service's and smooth processes
The hearing devices recommended to me have worked out beautifully….excellent quality. I have found the customer service at the Erin Mills location to be exemplary! All of the clinicians are knowledgeable and very willing to explain every step of the process. In particular, I extend kudos to Nishat who is always so helpful in assisting me with any troubleshooting. She provides assistance with the maintenance of my devices on a regular basis. Her friendly demeanour is a bonus!
I am very satisfied by the way the presentation was done and how the audiologist answered all questions.
