Really nice people
My mom has had these hearing aids since December 2020 and they have been horrible since day one. We were told she would have to get use to them and we should have retruned them within the 30 days but we believed that maybe she needed more time. We were wrong. We thought we were upgrading to a more efficient hearing aid based upon the recommendation of the audiologist.
