A few weeks ago my father who was visiting from out of town needed assistance with his hearing aids, the staff were welcoming, accommodating and resolved his issue. Thank-you for great service.
The receptionist, Lauren, and audiologist, Cameron, at the Bathurst and Lawrence location were both very accommodating. Cameron was very diligent and patient in conducting the necessary tests, fittings and adjustments for my elderly parents. So grateful for their excellent customer service and would recommend attending this location.
Good
Laurel on the front desk and the audiologist, Cameron, were both welcoming and knowledgable. Service is on time and everything explained well. I highly recommend this location.
Great service and highly recommended
