I have been going to Hearing Solutions for a few years now. I find the office staff especially Rose at the front desk to be exceptionally helpful. Whenever I have had a problem all the staff is very quick to get me in and and come up with a solution. They really care about us as patients and make our hearing loss easier to deal with. I went to get a hearing test done and needed some forms signed by the specialist. The receptionist told me that they were doing free exams. I was upfront and let her know I needed forms signed by the specialist. The receptionist told me it would be fine and still free. I came back for my tests 2 weeks later and the same receptionist charged me $125.00. I complained to head office and my refund was denied. They sided with the receptionist saying that she told me I would be charged. Just be careful of hidden fees that wont be ... read more
