Kelly was very friendly and helpful checking us in. Lauren then explained everything before we started the procedures and kept it "light" as we proceeded. Some of the reviews I had read before the procedure said that there were points where it was "uncomfortable" but I did not experience that. The rush of warm water into your ear was a bit startling but not uncomfortable. It took a little over 90 minutes to complete everything and we had a complete report by the time we got home. Lauren performed my VNG/ hearing test. She was wonderful & very compassionate!
The hearing test went well and explanation afterwards went well. Everything was explained and audiologist went over some options. And gave referral to ENT doctor. Overall very pleasant experience.
