Got a bill 5 months after baby was born. I left a message and they called me back weeks later. Then I gave them the information and they called to tell me the account was already in collections and they couldn't use it or submit it. The lady said she didnt have the babys full name to contact the insirance company. This company is a joke. Refuse this company and get a different one to do the test.
