I'm hearing impaired. Came to know Hearing Plus in 2012. Audiologist Alex conducted tests and fittings. Over the years my hearing deteriorated. Technological advancement helped improve performance of devices. This year Alex helped with trial use of Phonak B-Direct 50 with tv connector.
