I had a very positive experience at reserve hearing center in Strongsville, Ohio. My hearing aid was affordable. The audiologist was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My wife was thrilled that I can hear her well I am still not so sure that I am thrilled that I can hear her, I am happy to have a hearing aid that works better than my previous ones and cost about half of what I paid for them.
The doctor was very patient with me during my hearing test as I am 80 years old.thank you. Update ! Got my hearing aids today they are super good. The staff are super ,knowledgeable and very helpful to me.thank you ever so much. My left hearing aid quit working. I went in for an appointment to get this fixed. The tech went to work and determined that the receiver had failed. She replaced it and it works like new. Now the world is back in stereo…Thanks, again. Gerald
They were very friendly and helpful at Reserve Hearing. Didn't have to wait but a few minutes. Purchased a new set of hearing aids. Can't wait to get them. Pam LaGorga
I’ve had a very difficult time with my hearing Aids connecting to Bluetooth. Brittany at the Strongsville location was fantastic. She took her time and helped me connect them and everything is great. She’s a wonderful person.
