I have suffered from persistent tinnitus for the last few years and have suffered a degree of hearing loss at the same time. I booked an appointment with Samantha and was pleased that she took the time and trouble to offer me a full range of advice and care. She was kind and conscientious and I am very pleased I saw her. I propose to make annual appointments hereinafter.
I visited Hearing Matters today with a family member and was really impressed with the service. Samantha was exceptionally kind and professional. She explained the results of the hearing test and gave advice on our next steps. Highly recommended.

Buying new hearing aids isn't ease you don't know what you want for the best results but at Hearing Matters the experience you get is unbelievable from the hygiene level to the technical knowledge Samantha has about hearing aids she let me try three pairs of hearing aids to see which was the best for me so I bought the pair Samantha recommended and they are brilliant thank you. I would recommend Samantha at Hearing Matters every time.
It is a pleasure to thank and recommend Samantha Fairchild who is an excellent audiologist. She currently visits me at home, because I have mobility and other health problems.
