I was having problems putting my right hearing aid in, so Anju (Audiologist) spent a lot of unhurried time giving me 2 alternatives, 1st to try moulds to put the fine ends easily into my ears, which will be clear in colour, and take 2-3 weeks to make. If I'm still unhappy Anju has suggested a brand new Audika product, made in Denmark, that just go directly into my ears without the over the ear piece, called Zest.
