Absolutely first class! Ellie the audiologist was fantastic in conveying from start to finish my journey in finding the perfect hearing. I can't thank her enough. Leanne at the front is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this clinic.
I was having problems putting my right hearing aid in, so Anju (Audiologist) spent a lot of unhurried time giving me 2 alternatives, 1st to try moulds to put the fine ends easily into my ears, which will be clear in colour, and take 2-3 weeks to make. If I'm still unhappy Anju has suggested a brand new Audika product, made in Denmark, that just go directly into my ears without the over the ear piece, called Zest. My experience of this practice is that it is still new and is busy developing the practice, but is not quite there yet. The audiologist from my appointment was unable to make the follow up appointment and never called me to follow up on what I thought of their product which I had tried for 7 days.
I have been with them for years. And not once have I had a bad word to say about them .they will bend over backwards to order or fix anything for you
