Beth has been taking care of my family’s hearing aid needs for over 10 years. She is professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re completely satisfied. I had an issue at my last appointment, but they were very responsive to my concerns and fixed it to my full satisfaction at my appointment today. I was very pleased with the outcome.
Update. Andrew, part owner, called me and is giving me full credit for return of trial hearing aids. My heart goes out to the company while they recover from flood damage. Johnny is very good and a sincere guy.
While vacationing in Sapphire NC, one of my hearing aids stopped working. Despite Beth being on vacation, she came in to the office and repaired my hearing aid. She was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend Beth Biebinger AT HEARING IS US in Highland NC.
