Took my mother in today for a hearing test. I don’t think I’ve ever in my life being treated with such disrespect as I was today. Can’t believe this business has a 4.7 rating. Rude, no customer service, and downright disrespectful. We would welcome a call from the owner of this establishment to discuss further.

The quality of their hearing aids is top-notch, and everything feels tailored to you. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and reliable products.
Beth has been taking care of my family’s hearing aid needs for over 10 years. She is professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re completely satisfied. With great prices, excellent customer service, and fast response times, we couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend! P.S I should also say we have also seen Johnny at the Fletcher office and he’s great too!
I had an issue at my last appointment, but they were very responsive to my concerns and fixed it to my full satisfaction at my appointment today. I was very pleased with the outcome.
