If you can avoid this ENT practice, you should. My frustration is with the rude and incompetent front office staff. After multiple attempts to reach the practice by telephone, I decided to physically visit the practice to make my first appointment as a new patient. I was initially met by a front desk technician who was more interested in leaving than in assisting me with a new appointment. BUYERS BE AWARE !!! FULL DISCLOSURE NOT GIVEN !!! HORRIBLE HEARING AIDS! I WAS TOLD THAT THESE WOULD HOOK UP TO BLUETOOTH. I, TOLD TARUN THAT BLUETOOTH WOULD NOT HOOK UP TO MY TV AND HE TOLD ME WE MUST HAVE AN OLD TV. THAT WAS DURING THE 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD . OUR TV WAS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD . SO, I KEPT THE HEARING AIDS THINKING IT WAS MY TV. IN OCTOBER TARUN ADJUSTED MY HEARING ADS WITH LARGER BUDS STILL TO MUCH STATIC AND INTERFERENCE ! NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION !!!
