"WARNING FOR SENIORS: Amplifon Scarborough-Lawrence took my 87-year-old cancer-patient mother's hearing aids on Aug 31 for an inspection. They refused to give her a receipt, refused to give a return date, and have left a profoundly deaf woman completely isolated from her medical team and 94-year-old husband. Staff promised me multiple callbacks and ignored them all. Corporate office has ignored our urgent safety notices. They are refusing to provide emergency loaner aids. Absolute medical neglect and zero customer service."
This place has my heart!!! Amanda is always so good soo coperative so accommodating!!! Always thankful to her. Abd morissa is also soo hood and kind and considerate. Always grateful for both of them

Amanda did a fabulous job helping my mom with her hearing aids. She was super friendly and knowledgeable about her device. She also was super patient. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
