Very friendly and professional staff. When they changed their phone numbers I was notified in advance and a letter was mailed to me about merger as well. Nothing has changed at the kingston location. Virginia still takes care of any issues I might have and keep me well supplied with product.
I have unfortunately not been able to get ahold of anyone in the Kingston location. I have called the past few weeks & left a couple voice mails. Unsure how to get ahold of them. UPDATE: Was able to talk to someone, explained what I was looking for and they asked me to come in the same day to just look at the issue to see what type of appointment I would need. Very kind and friendly.

I attempted to schedule a hearing test online, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a callback to book a date and time. I also left a voicemail requesting a follow-up call, which went unanswered. This lack of response suggests a disappointing level of customer service and may deter potential new clients. Update. Found out that Hearing Institute Atlantic was just sold to HearingLife and there are in the transistion phase causing growing pains.
