Some good people working there. But. When something costs $5500 it should work well at least most of the time. So tired of something going wrong with my Oticons every other week. Usually nights or weekends when they're closed. Mood = frustrated.
As Always had a great experience friendly kind and supportive staff.
I've been with Hearing Institute for well over ten years. Staff is very kind and helpful. They let you know when you are due for a check up. The Tecs are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them in a heart beat. Helen.
