My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and competence of the people at the New Minas location: Annie for client services and audiologists Alison, Molly and Kathryn. Due to adjustments required for the in-ear aids, the 90-day approval time was not sufficient, and they managed to obtain a short additional period - which proved perfect for her to have confidence in the devices.
