Just left the clinic. I thought my hearing aid was toast but Maxine was amazing. She replaced the battery and all was good. She imparted a lot of great information without pushing products. Fast and efficient, personable and extremely knowledgeable. Completely satisfied with my visit.

After a so-so experience at a different location, I came to the Bedford location for a new test and recommendations. Dealing with Maxine Landry has been an easy yet professional experience. She provided a wealth of useful information with a smile and a very welcoming approach. I was able to make an informed decision for my hearing needs.
