I would not recommend, so many problems to mention in a review. My suggestion look elsewhere. First time getting hearing aids, still do not have issues resolved and I can’t even wear the hearing aids. It’s been over 6 months, although I STOPPED going to this place after a three month run around. Buyer Beware!

Chris is amazing, he cares and does what's right for the customer.
Chris had been very helpful with my dad, doing many adjustments to ensure he hears not only people talking but can also hear the tv and when he is on the phone.
I had a very positive experience with Chris from Tru Hearing who came to my home, did the hearing test on both ears and quickly and efficiently helped me to put them in and use the Tru Hearing app on my android phone to be able to adjust the hearing aids more easily. I'm delighted with the results and very appreciative for the insurance coverage through Humana.
