Very professional and friendly. Donna made me feel comfortable. Referring all my friends family and neighbors! I received new Hearing Aids and Donna selected the perfect pair. I also received the ROGER which is absolutely terrific. I can hear the TV, Car conversations from the back seat along with conversation at a Christmas Party. Donna is outstanding! I am forever grateful that I found her!
We had the most wonderful experience with Donna at the Hershey, PA office! Donna was so patient and kind with our mother and really cares! She is such a professional and explained every step of the hearing exam. She helped our mom to hear!!! We cannot thank her enough!
Donna was great. Helped me with my aids that were not working correctly. Hopefully they can be repaired without additional expense. My hearing is severe & profound so I was thankful that I could use loaner aids until mine gets repaired.
