The staff at this hearing center are amazing. We have used them for years. The care and concern they have shown us was beyond a client relationship. They have gone above and beyond to help my husband with his hearing aids. They even assisted us when our dog ate one of his hearing aids. What a wonderful experience we have had with this office. A great asset to the Gallatin community and a highly compassionate business group of professionals. Highly recommended.
I have been going to the center for a few years. The entire staff is wonderful and so caring. Normally I see Suzie and she is my angel. She takes her time to figure out my hearing aid issue. I have been to other places before, but I am so grateful to have found the Healing Health Center. Your forever client and friend 🧡
Susie, Anna, and Faye provided excellent service and care for my husband's hearing aid needs. They listened to his concerns and have the knowledge and expertise to thoroughly explain the testing process and properly fit him with hearing aids. They are professional and clearly explain how to use his hearing aids with his phone. Whenever he comes in to have them cleaned or serviced, he feels welcomed, almost like “family,” and it is evident that they genuinely care about improving the quality of his life through their services... read more
These guys are awesome! Can’t put into words the service they provide! Very professional, clean environment, always smiling, respectful, courteous, attentive, can’t say enough! So thankful for all employees! They make you want to come back! The hospitality is awesome! I didn’t want to leave!
