These guys are awesome! Can’t put into words the service they provide! Very professional, clean environment, always smiling, respectful, courteous, attentive, can’t say enough! So thankful for all employees! They make you want to come back! The hospitality is awesome! I didn’t want to leave! Amazing team of professionals. They take very good care of my hearing needs.
I was a little bit nervous about the whole thing but Allison and Faye put me right at ease. The testing was fairly comprehensive and I wasn’t a bit uncomfortable during that. When getting fitted for my hearing aids, Allison was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. And hearing!!?? Wow, who knew I had been missing so much. The hearing aids are going to make a world of difference for me. I highly recommend HHC if you are having any issues at all with your hearing.
Susie and staff at the Hartsville Pk location are always so professional and courteous. Susie is very thorough with cleaning and any adjustments needed on my hearing aids. They feel like family.
If you are having any hearing problems then I highly recommend you go here. I just had a hearing test conducted by Anna. She was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. She took her time and explained all my hearing concerns. The receptionist was also top notch. I am so thankful that we have such a wonderful place in Gallatin. Thank you very much for being available today. You calmed my worries.
