Everything was great.
Friendly, competent, and honest. One of my dad's hearing aids stopped working, so he took it to a competing hearing aid store in a neighboring town. The person in that store said the hearing aid was broken, and that my dad needed to buy 2 new hearing aids for $4200. My dad is 91, but still has his wits, so he declined and decided to get a second opinion. That second opinion was Hearing Health Care Center.
