At Mass Hearing Specialists I felt like Sherry and Brian both cared about me as a person and not as someone just to sell hearing aids to. They took the time to go over everything I had a question about and even things I hadn't thought about yet. It is not a one size fits all type of office. They tailored my hearing aids to fit MY ears. Taking the time to do this made the hearing fit so well I don't even know I'm wearing them except now I can hear the birds in our yard! Thank you, Brian and Sherry!
Went there per my insurance and it was an insurance mistake. The doctor chatted with me for quite some time gave me some really good information but didn’t test me ex. because he didn’t take my insurance. What a bummer I’m assuming he is a FIVE star! I gave him a 4 star only because I Didn’t really work with him. Very nice doctor. From the time I spent with him, I highly recommend this specialist in that first nice big building on the left side going to BJ’s wholesale
Springfield has a great Hearing Specialist FINALLY
I had impacted ear wax and had a tough time hearing , I went to urgent care prior to this visit and they were not able to get it out and was very painful. So I came here and the experience was nothing like urgent care, this was virtually pain free and left feeling like i had super hero hearing ! The ear flushing machine works wonders! Best 103$ I have spent in a very long time! Don’t wait another minute of not hearing! Just go see them!
Since I have been fitted with hearing aids it is amazing how well I can hear now. I recommend MassHearing as they provide excellent service and have the latest technology tools to make your hearing experience the best possible.
