Very Happy with Mass Hearing. Fast courteous service and was very helpful with all my questions. They’ve helped my hearing tremendously and I would recommend them to anyone.
I can not recommend this practice for several reasons. We left today after arriving to learn that the person in front of us had already been waiting over an hour. The next people arrived 8 minutes late and were told they would have to reschedule. This client challenged that immediately and reminded the receptionist that on her prior visit that they had waited several hours. There are additional charges for everything. Got a same-day appointment for a hearing aid that needed help. Brian got it done…all with a smile, explaining everything, answering all my questions, just so generously giving his time and expertise. He and Sherry are the way one wishes everyone serving our health caresneeds could be. I am so grateful.
