Georgia did a great job teaching me how to use my new hearing aids. I’m very happy !
They definitely lost a potential customer as far as my wife is concerned. She stopped by to have a plastic tube replaced for her behind the ear hearing aid (connects aid to the ear mold) as hers had hardened up. Since she wasn't an established customer they quoted her $35. This is for a job that takes less than 5 minutes and requires a two and a half inch snippet of a plastic tube.
