They definitely lost a potential customer as far as my wife is concerned. She stopped by to have a plastic tube replaced for her behind the ear hearing aid (connects aid to the ear mold) as hers had hardened up. Since she wasn't an established customer they quoted her $35. This is for a job that takes less than 5 minutes and requires a two and a half inch snippet of a plastic tube. Had to take hearing aid back 3 times. They had it for a month each time. They have canceled appointments due to illness and too hot for office. So frustrating. Went to pick up hearing aid and they refused to give it back. Started videoing me . I felt very threatened. Asked them to call the owner. They refused. Do not go here. They have sight of their mission. Hearing. They are a poor testimony as to why they are even in business. Lost confidence in them. Uncooperative.

I totally recommend Hearing Center of Deer Park. The office is nice and clean with a variety of beverages available to those in the waiting room. The staff was super friendly and the doctor exceeded my expectations. The exam procedure was explained in detail, it was quick and easy, and my results were outlined so I could understand them. Great experience, I'll be back for sure.
