She also takes care to provide the available hearing aid options and make sure you understand exactly what product you’re ordering! My "hearing care professional" was not very professional. She did not fully understand the operation of either the hearing aids not the ap. When i complained that Phonak was unreachable she responded as " why would they want to listen to people complaining" When ask about having the ap track lost hearing aid as apparently the old ap did she only responded" they change the ap all the time. " and appeared not to understand that the hearing aids communicate to each other. Too may questions got me kicked out due to her frustrati... read more
