Had to cancel my appt. as they basically insisted my spouse be there for the test, which can't happen due to scheduling. They should be more understanding. Went elsewhere. UPDATE: to reply to owner reply, AFTER I said I was canceling is the only time I was offered to come in without my spouse. So that part of your reply is incorrect.

After explaining what I needed they had me fill out all kinds of paper work, had me drive there and then told me they couldn't help because my aids where under warranty. I went to audionova and they had it fixed in five minutes!
