Scott did a thorough job testing my hearing. He was seemingly very knowledgeable. My hearing is very bad and he warned me he wasn't sure his aids were any better than what I already had. I went ahead and bought the best pair he had, according to my insurance plan. Even though I had a 60 day trial period, he asked that if I wasn't going to keep them that I bring them back within 45 days. I honestly couldn't say they helped any better than what I had already, so after 3 weeks...21 days ..I returned them. So here's why I gave o... read more
