The doctor was excellent and took the time to explain everything to me clearly.
This Place schedules way too many appointments. Wait times are absurd.
My mom was a first time patient here we waited in the waiting room 40 minutes here we are 2 1/2 hours later she’s still not finished and it was just a Simple hearing test, the one staff lady was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I definitely will not return.
Had appointment at 2:40 NOT past 4 before you even bring us back! I wouldn't advise showing up till an hour after any appointment because they won't be ready until then, if I set an appointment for 2:40 I need to be seen within 15 minutes of my appointment not and hour and a half
