I’ve always liked coming here, but man the reception is rude. I asked if I could come in a day before my appointment because my ear was completely blocked and I couldn’t hear anything. It was starting to be really painful and I wanted to avoid an ear infection. It literally takes them no more than 10 minutes to clean out my ears and no one was in the waiting area and they still wouldn’t let me. Gals up front were very cordial and help. Facility is very clean and organized. Staff were friendly and all smiles.
10/10. The receptionist Fawn was delightful! I saw the PA Jen and she was thorough and listened well. I felt seen and was given a course of treatment I think will help. The staff seemed to work well with each other which really helps the patients as well as the overall vibe. I’m so glad I picked Cache Valley ENT.
