I've been to this office a couple times and just forget to leave reviews.. All I can say is that for a medical environment, you feel like you are treated like family.. All 5 stars.. Keep doing what your doing...

I know this review is a little over six months late but I had a bit of a problem with logging in to my Google account! But I call Bobbie to see if she could fix my hearing aid because it had a broken battery door and I called around before talking to Bobbie and all quoted me like close to $600 or more to fix it because they had to send it to the manufacturer. Bobbie looked at my hearing aid and made some calls and got the part and fixed my hearing aid for $80. Bobbie is knowledgeable and has a great personality! I have a lot... read more

Was in long line @ VA clinic to get Covid vaccine. Got reviews from all shops in the shopping center that I slowly passed.

I NEVER write reviews. But I have to make an exception in this case. After a stay in hospital my 89 year old father's hearing aids were lost. He originally got them from the VA so I contacted them and of course, because of COVID they were not doing hearing tests and would have to contract service out to the community for care. Basically I was told to hurry up and wait, and wait, and wait for the bureaucratic process to work out. In the mean time, my father can't hear well which is very frustrating.
