Excellent. Took care of my problem and answered all of my questions. Very friendly and professional
I was able to make an appointment easily. The testing was fairly quick and my results were explained in a way I understood. Brad did not pressure me whatsoever, told me what my costs would approximately be is allowing me to “test drive,” hearing aids, which after less than a day wearing them, I am feeling the benefit of better hearing.
Brad is thorough, professional and friendly. We’re happy with Hearing Advantage.
