I can't say enough about the kindness and love we felt at Heardmont. From the moment our loved one arrived on the campus, he was loved and cared for in the best ways possible. When we visited and asked for special accomodation for him, they just said, "Yes!" - he was spoiled... So many thanks and so much gratitude for all the love and care from Terry, Anita, Amy, Michelle and all the nurses as Stephen graduated from this life to the next.
If I could give negative stars, I would. That Anita woman is the rudest “nurse” I’ve ever met. We have a family member there and she just hangs up on you when you call to talk to them claiming you’re “not on the list”. We called the facility last night and that was never an issue until we basically told them to actually do their job. Now all of a sudden, there’s a “list”. They are mad because when we called last night, we asked them to reposition him or let him stand up because he was calling us in pain from being stuck in o... read more
I have tried to call this facility 10x about my father and no one answered the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. This facility has to do better. I understand businesses but we still must remain professional. It was very important information about my father and NO ONE answered EVERY time I called!
I want to write this review to brag on the staff I had the pleasure of working with today. I am a Hospice Nurse and was seeing a patient and let me tell you they are so lucky to have Natasha as a Nurse! She was extremely knowledgeable about the patient I was seeing that was declining rapidly. She knew everything I needed answers to without having to look it up bc that’s how much she knows and cares about the residents!
