I am a U.S. Army veteran, and unfortunately, my experience with Heard & Smith has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I called and completed an intake session with one of their representatives, during which I provided a significant amount of sensitive personal information. I was told that I would receive a follow-up call within one week. Two weeks passed with no phone call, email, or other communication. I use them a few years back they lost the case. The attorney knew nothing about my case it was more interested in chatting with others in the courtroom prior to the hearing instead of going over everything with me. Yeah they lost the case yep they stink. A few years later I won the case on my own with no lawyers. Lawyers suck
They are the BEST! They helped me 1,2,3! I told my friends how great they are and my friends got the help they needed!
