I hired heard and smiith in August 2024 have to do most of the work yourself and if I call them and they tell me it will take 5 to 10 months to hear from attorney and social security beginning of August it will be 1year since I had the Attorney office I have it in writing from attorney office it will take 5 to 10 months and other issues
Well here we go. When I signed with them it wasn't long after my old Dr passed. I told them we needed to get records ASAP. They did not. Years passed. I would email them updates from tests, doctors etc. And, they would email me back the wrong info. So 20 min wait on phone to tell someone again. The lady at SSA even told me fax her so she got it. If I can give them a zero I would they are trying to fraudulently take my ssi check without my permission. I have never asked them for any help in getting my ssi check. Why me they are taking my stuff.
I spent 5 years with these people The day that court came up my lawyer called and said that they were sick. They called me and told me that they had to push my court back. Very little empathy very little help very terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible service. If you want a good lawyer go to and benefits for all talk to Avi.
