I am a U.S. Army veteran, and unfortunately, my experience with Heard & Smith has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I use them a few years back they lost the case. The attorney knew nothing about my case it was more interested in chatting with others in the courtroom prior to the hearing instead of going over everything with me. Yeah they lost the case yep they stink. A few years later I won the case on my own with no lawyers. Lawyers suck
