Not real representation Although I'm only giving them 1 star, I acknowledge it's probably not realistic of me to expect a better performance, since you get what you pay for in life, and H&S doesn't charge a fee but rather takes 25% of the retro award upon approval for disability. Horrible! Do not use!!! They are liars and do not do their job in their clients best interests. I used them and lost 27 months of benefits. If you call them, you're put on hold forever. It was over 2 years before I ever spoke with anybody but a client advisor. They had a year to submit evidence of 2 MRI's, 8 surgical procedures, physical therapy reports, cat scan, ER records, X-rays, mylogram and numerous Dr. reports. No thanks Didn't get past the initial screening call(s). This is a law firm?? It felt more like a penny stock boiler room. Sad what our profession has come to in some places, like this. I'm general counsel of an investment firm with a lot of big and small legal issues, so I deal with a very large number of law firms and lawyers across the spectrum, and this was the worst excuse for a legal intake process I have ever encountered. So I will take my family's issue elsewhere.

Response to "Stay Away" by Rodeoqueen I am one of the lawyers mentioned in ??Rodeoqueen??s? review posted on 08/21/08. As with all things in life, there is another side to this story. Rodeoqueen and her sister were the opposing parties in this matter and lost the case. Naturally, they did not like us -- we were the opposing lawyers. We won the case for our client. As lawyers, we are used to seeing anger and resentment when we defeat the other side in court.
