I only asked a simple question which they didn't answer and they hung up on me. Reading the reviews made me laugh when I saw how they got 2 1/2 stars out of 8 reviews. Two of the reviews were by their lawyers, who naturally gave themselves 5 stars each! The other responses were one 5 star and five 1 stars. It reminded me of a joke. You have been warned. Stay the hell away from Mark Smith and Clayton Mankser. These two charged my mothers estate over $17,000 and did nothing. They got two of my mothers properties condemned because they did not meet with the city. They charged the estate for services they did not perform. They created anomosity between my sister and I so they could steal from us. They will bill you for every phone call down to the penny.
