HearCare Audiology is wonderful. From my first phone call to my most recent checkout I have experienced the warm and friendly office staff and an audiologist who took his time to explain literally everything. This is my first experience with needing my hearing tested and hearing aids. Ken was genuinely friendly and helped me understand the importance of protecting my hearing and overall health. Bonus: my tinnitus has virtually disappeared!! I would highly recommend visiting HearCare Audiology for any hearing care needed!
Through the reference of a friend I came to Hear Care, and I am so glad I did! Even though I had a “little loss” in one of my ears it was effecting many areas of my life. I appreciated getting into the Huntington service location on short notice to deal with tinnitus issues I have been experiencing. Ken Stewart spent a lot of time with me in working with programming on my aids, doing a brief hearing test, providing some apps & websites for my consideration, etc.
