I had a hearing test done and wasn't sure what to expect. Natasha made me feel very comfortable and explained everything so well to me! I greatly appreciate how incredibly fast they replied and had me in also! My hearing is perfectly fine! But next time I have any questions, I certainly know where I'll be going! Was definitely worth it for the peace of mind and update on exactly how well my hearing is!

Extremely fast and friendly service! Irene did just a great and thorough job with cleaning my ears. I've had them cleaned by my family doctor several times, with never such a positive result. Natasha was able to help me find the best "bang for my buck" when it came to my coverage. I am very pleased with my new hearing aid and the service that was provided. Highly recommend these fabulous ladies!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Natasha and Irene. The price on the hearing aids I chose was discounted, and they definitely know their stuff. I chose Widex devices on their recommendation when I was actually looking for another brand, and I'm very glad that I listened to them, as they are clearly familiar and comfortable with Widex. I have been wearing hearing aids for many years & previously dealt with two other hearing specialists. The Signia (by Siemens) hearing aids I purchased from The Hearing Room are without question the best hearing aids I've ever had. The multiple programs & various functions all controllable from my iphone are excellent. The customer service I received from The Hearing Room in Stoufville is the best I've ever had over the years of purchasing hearing aids. I highly recommend them.
