brought my 78yr old mother to her 6 month hearing appointment at 1020 Lorimar st. in Winnipeg on, May 12, 2025. I am visiting from out of town. We had just come from the mall where my elderly mom had purchased a new iPhone. I thought would be great timing for the technician to help my mom make sure her new phone and app was working ok. I went here for a hearing test and while it was impressed by the professionalism I feel Bob lacked compassion an empathy He said that I had nerve damage in my right ear causing me to not hear 3,000 hertz at normal levels He was smiling and giggling about it
