Awesome service, from out of province and they loaned me a charger for my hearing aids at no charge. Great people
Always had a good experience with the old staff for both my children’s hearing needs. After Helix became Hear Canada things changed and didn’t feel as comfortable. Then in April, while doing impressions in my 9 year old, the lady didn’t place the blocker correctly and the product went all the way to her surgically implanted ear tube ripping the tube from her ear drum forcefully.
