It was actually fun and amazing. Customer service was top notch. Hear Canada service was really helpful.
Great always helpful
I was greeted cordially by Craig at front desk upon entering. I was then ushered in to see Allison who is the Hearing Instrument Specialist. The audiology testing was done professionally and all my questions were answered promptly . I was then fitted with the test hearing aids to be tried out for a couple of weeks. Then went to Chauntelle who is the Client Care Coordinator where I was hooked up to the signia app. and went through how to care and clean aids. Overall a very good experience.
