My experience with Angel and Diana was awesome. Angel took care of me when I checked in, super pleasant. Diana, well what can I say, she is an expert at what she does. The ear cleaning, best I ever had. Hearing test very extensive but quick. She is also very knowledgeable about tinnitus and gave me great pointers to help soften the sound. I recommend you pay a visit. You will come away feeling you were looked after with much care. Thanks Ladies!
When I entered the HearCanada office, I was greeted immediately with Angel's warm smile and an clean, bright office. I was taken in by Diana, who answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We then went through a series of tests which were simple and not at all uncomfortable. Diana then gave me feedback and options; zero pressure and very enlightening. A great means for discovery (and a free ear cleaning). No downside to this exercise.
I have had hearing aids for several years. They were very expensive and purchased from a different hearing store. I have been back many times and never satisfied. Last week I gave up and booked an appointment with Hear Canada. I met Angel and she booked an appointment with hearing Specialist Diana Blank. I have never had such an extensive testing and a complete cleaning of any wax build up in my ears.
