My dad and I had a hearing test today and it was very comfortable they answered all questions we had. The HIS and audiologist were lovely, great experience!
The staff were patient when I couldn't get my hearing aids in right away,polite and caring and down to earth .Will definitely let other people know to use Hear Canada
The hearing aids were formed my husband they never worked from day one The people came to the house twice to fix it nothing helped He was in the hospital multiple times and the nurses had the people come in and check them again they never did work. He passed. They continue to take the money from my account to pay for them until I had to close the account. Worst place I've ever been to no empathy and their work was atrocious
