They are the best in the town with amazing customer service and friendly atmosphere. They helped me without any appointment and on the last hour of the day. Most of the stores were closed on Fridays, but they were still there to help and fix my mom ear aid. God bless them. P.S - This is not a paid review. Hundred percent authentic and with true honesty.

I got my custom earplugs made here. It was exactly what we were looking for except that the earplugs were missing the hole to avoid the pressure in the head when using them 10hr straight at jobsite. We shipped them back and forth 3times during 4months until I gave up and went straight to HearCanada in Surrey in person to request these two holes to be inserted in the earplugs this only took them 3min and done. Tremendous lack of communication. I booked an appointment in Abbotsford clinic for my daughter. They called couple days after to cancel because they don't take children, which is fine. The thing is, a few days later, call center called to book a new appointment in another location, Maple Ridge. Days later Maple Ridge called to cancel my appointment because they don't take children!!! Think twice of you're going to trust your health to these people.
