Booking was done for Free Ear Wax removal. Reached in time, front desk completed paper work and required waiver. Was attended by Ms. Sasha who handled with utmost care and professionalism. As I am patient of post concussion syndrome - she understood and handled with patience due to sensitive neck movement and me getting dizzy. Thanks for everything - waiting for audiometry
