Finding Manny when it was time to get new hearing aids was truly a blessing! I couldn't be happier with the care and expertise that I have experienced during this time. He has been so patient with my "tech illiteracy" as he has walked me through the steps to getting the most out of the technology that is now available for ways to maximize the benefits of getting new aids. Manny is a special practitioner- would give 6 stars (out of 5) if possible. Some of his many fine professional qualities include patience, clarity of communication, responsiveness, generosity with his time, and kind regard. He is an outstanding resource- highly recommended without reservation.
This is the worst provider we have ever seen in the whole Bay Area. He doesn’t listen to any of his patients. I am so very happy that my husband and I both fired him!!! All he cares about is greed and making more money. We had to go to him because of True Hearing as he’s a provider for them. As a result, I had throbbing in my ears and his hearing aids would not stay in my ears. We both are so much happier and better off now that he’s out of our lives!!! I’ve been wearing hearing aids for a number of years and was searching for a local company I could work with to service my hearing aids. I found Manny and was impressed that he was willing to come to me and that his prices were way, way below everyone else. Manny is an absolute gem! He is kind, patient, and super knowledgeable, as he has worked with many brands of hearing aids. When the time came to get new hearing aids I chose to purchased them from Manny. He is always there to help and will meet as often as I need.
