Booked online and although there was a minor hiccough with the routing of it, I was able to still be seen. Beautiful clinic and phenomenal and helpful staff.
Holly and Tanya are absolutely amazing. They were so great dealing with my elderly dad during his wax removal and hearing appointments. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly and professional place for all your hearing needs.
I took my Mother to the New Hamburg location for a hearing test and new hearing aids. The entire staff provided excellent customer service totally blowing my expectations out of the water! My Mother was put entirely at ease with the friendly, knowledgeable treatment she received from Tanya, Paige and Uno. I would like to thank Holly and Tanya of the New Hamburg clinic for their encouragement and patience in my trying to insert my hearing aids. I thought that I would never be able to wear them.
