I took my Mother to the New Hamburg location for a hearing test and new hearing aids. The entire staff provided excellent customer service totally blowing my expectations out of the water! I would like to thank Holly and Tanya of the New Hamburg clinic for their encouragement and patience in my trying to insert my hearing aids. I thought that I would never be able to wear them. My husband recently visited this location for a routine checkup and hearing test. Staff were all professional, friendly & knowledgeable. We will be returning to this location in the future for all our hearing needs.
My aunt was seen at New Hamburg clinic- the hearing aide technician was warm, wonderfully patient, efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly! Front desk staff was also patient, efficient, welcoming, friendly and explained everything clearly!
