Not impressed with this location. Called to get supplies and service. Doesn't seem to be important here. I find out that there is no receptionist, and the technician had to go on holidays. So working in St. Thomas area, I called the London location. Right from Answering the phone, hearing my situation. Jessica was an all-star. She helped me out from her location, putting together a supply kit for me, not knowing anything about me. Gathered information from my profile and what I told her. I've just purchased a new set of hearing aids from Stayner Hear Well Be Well, and I'm very pleased with both the aid, and the customer service I have received. John and his team are extremely professional, and really listen to understand and support your hearing needs.

I am very impressed with the excellent service I receive at Hear Well Be Well Stayner starting with receptionist Rhonda who is calm, pleasant, very approachable and helpful. Mahsa did a thorough hearing test evaluation. She is very knowledgeable and efficient answering all of my questions in a precise manner and programmed my hearing aids to be everything I wanted them to be.
