Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
About three years ago I was motivated by family members to go to Hear Well Be Well for a hearing test. I found the experience informative, and ended up obtaining a pari of hearing aids. Although previously I would have said that I did not need them, I am pleased that I went ahead to obtain a set. It has certainly improved my interaction with family conversation. My dad and I had the best customer experience at Hear Well Be Well in Stayner. The staff at this location truly deserve accolades. Mikela, the audiologist, was superb! I appreciated her warm demeanour, friendliness, patience, competence and understanding. She found my father the perfect pair of hearing aids - and even completed all the paperwork we required to submit to our provider. Thank you!!!!
