I must say my visit to this clinic was most enjoyable ..the atmosphere and the receptionist are second to none and very pleasant making you feel welcome and comfortable and Peter and his expertise in dealing with my problem was thorough and explained everything step by step..I have found my go to clinic for all my ear needs ..I highly recommend them ..
Today I had the pleasure of having my hearing tested by Peter. I cannot say enough about this positive , rewarding experience. Peter was professional, patient, informative, kind and funny to boot. I feel like I have a very comprehensive understanding of my hearing loss. I knew I had hearing issues, and I found this office because of the positive reviews. Exceptional staff!!!! Megan was my first point of contact and she is lovely. I called on short notice and she was able accommodate me as my schedule is very tight. Peter is who helped me with the removal of ear wax and answered all of my silly questions with relieving and sometimes humorous responses. He is very gentle and kind and I look forward to being an ongoing client. Thank you so much Megan and Peter.
